The complete contribution lifecycle

Contribution requests let you manage every step from request to approval. This tour covers:

Status tracking

Detail review

Approve/reject decisions

Revision cycle

2

Contributions Tab

Click this tab to open the contributions list. Every contribution request across your roster appears here, showing:

Artist name

Linked bundle

Slot progress

Current status

This lets you triage at a glance.

3

Filter by Artist

Open this dropdown to narrow the list to a single artist. Select any artist name to see only their submissions. Helpful when you have many requests and need to focus on one collaborator at a time.

4

Status Badges

Each request displays a color-coded badge that updates automatically as artists interact with their requests. The badges below show the full progression from start to finish.

5

Slot Progress

The addressed/total count beneath each request shows how many content slots have been filled. This tells you at a glance whether an artist has completed all required deliverables or still has work outstanding.

6

Detail Sheet

Clicking a request opens the detail sheet. Here you see:

Original message

Shared assets

Every document slot and its status

Previous revision notes

Everything you need to make an informed decision.

7

Approve Submissions

When a request is in the submitted state, the approve button becomes available. Approving shares the contributed documents with your organization and closes the request successfully.

8

Request Revisions

Not quite right? Use the revision button to send detailed feedback back to the artist. You can:

Flag specific slots that need changes

Add new slots if something is missing

9

Pending Invitations

Click this tab to switch to pending invitations. Here you can manage artist invitations that haven't been accepted yet:

See when each expires

Resend if needed

Cancel invitations that are no longer relevant
