Your Artist Roster

This is where you manage all artists linked to your organization. Let's walk through the key sections so you can find your way around.

This tab shows your active roster — every artist currently linked to your organization. It's your go-to view for day-to-day artist management.

Use the search bar to quickly find an artist by name. Try typing a name now — the list filters as you type. Handy when your roster grows and you need to locate someone fast.

Each row shows an artist's name, linked user emails or bio, and management options. Click an artist to expand details and manage linked users.

Click this tab to see invitations that haven't been accepted yet. You can track when each invite expires and cancel any that are no longer needed.

Click this tab to view contribution requests associated with your artists. Each request shows its current status so you can see where things stand.

Click this button to open the artist invitation flow. You can invite artists by selecting them from your asset creators and entering their email address.

Your roster is empty — invite your first artist to get started. Once they accept the invitation, they'll appear here with their linked assets.

Click any artist card to expand the linked users panel. This shows everyone connected to this artist and their current access status — active, pending, or revoked.

This tab shows all contribution requests associated with your artists. Each row shows the artist, linked bundle, and current status so you can track progress at a glance.

Use this dropdown to filter contributions by artist. Select a specific artist to see only their requests and quickly assess their workload.
