Resolut is the resolution layer for music rights — one place for labels and publishers to see who owns what, catch conflicts early, and settle them with the evidence in hand. We're early and heads-down, and always glad to meet investors who care about this problem.
The thesis
Music rights need a resolution layer.
Ownership is asserted in many places and reconciled in none of them. That gap is what Resolut is built for.
The problem
Who owns a recording or a composition is recorded in dozens of systems that don't agree with each other. When claims overlap, disputes drag on — and while they do, royalties go to the wrong place or nowhere at all.
What Resolut does
Resolut connects to the platforms where ownership is asserted, brings the claims into one view, and flags conflicts as they appear — so rights teams can resolve them with evidence instead of email threads.
Why now
Catalogs keep changing hands and platforms keep asserting ownership at scale, yet reconciliation is still a manual job. The data to automate it finally exists; the tooling doesn't. That's the gap.

Closed beta
Resolut is in closed beta with select labels and publishers. We build alongside them and prioritise what they actually run into.
One integration, done properly
Our first integration is YouTube CMS: Content ID ownership, conflicts, and analytics, read-only. We'd rather go deep on the platform where the disputes are than shallow across many.
