Launch it in the app to follow along step-by-step

1

Master Collaboration with Comments

Comments are the heart of teamwork on bundles. This tour will walk you through mentions, reactions, threads, and more so you can communicate clearly and stay in sync.

2

Open a Bundle

Click

Click on any bundle from the list to open it. The tour will continue once the bundle detail page loads.

3

Switch to Conversation

Click the Conversation tab to view and manage comments on this bundle.

4

Comment Composer

Try typing a message — you can use @mentions too. The composer supports rich text formatting, emoji, and file attachments from the toolbar. Type something to continue.

5

Post Your First Comment

Click

Great start. Send your message to create your first comment, then we'll walk through the timeline and comment actions.

6

@Mentions

Type @ followed by a name to mention a user, organization, or document. Mentioned users are notified instantly, and mentioning someone who doesn't have access will prompt you to add them to the bundle.

7

Mention Suggestions

This popover shows live mention matches as you type. Pick a person, org, or document from here to insert it into your comment.

8

Comment Timeline

All comments appear here in chronological order. The timeline updates in real time, so you'll see new messages as soon as they're posted. Activity events like file uploads are also shown inline.

9

Comment Actions

Hover over any comment to reveal quick actions. Keep your pointer over a comment now to continue.

10

Quick Reactions Toolbar

The first row in the hover toolbar gives you quick emoji reactions. We'll come back to add one after posting a reply.

11

Reply Threads

Click the reply icon on any comment to open a focused thread. Threads keep side conversations organized without cluttering the main timeline. Replies are nested under the parent message.
