Founder

Pat leads data at Resolut. He helped build Transpose, a blockchain data platform acquired by Chainalysis, and then scaled data systems there for financial-crime investigations — the same discipline he now applies to ownership and conflict data.

Karl Schmidt

Karl Schmidt

Founder

Karl leads product and engineering at Resolut. A full-stack engineer with a background in data pipelines and content-management systems for enterprise clients, he builds the interfaces that turn messy rights data into clear decisions.

Cutter Grathwohl

Cutter Grathwohl

Founder

Cutter leads go-to-market at Resolut. A startup operator who helped launch PAKA and co-founded Kombucha Biomaterials, he has taken early-stage products from first customers to real traction and now works directly with labels and publishers on their catalog conflicts.
