Invite artists to collaborate
Artists are the creative backbone of your catalog. Inviting them links their work to your organization and gives them a voice in how their assets are managed. Let's walk through the invitation flow.
Start an Invitation
ClickClick this button to open the invitation dialog. This tour now follows the same real invitation flow your team uses in production.
Step 1: Select an Artist
The dialog first shows your organization's asset creators — the people credited on your recordings and compositions. Select a creator from this list to continue to step two.
Search Creators
TypeUse this search field to filter creators by name. Type to narrow the list in real time when your catalog has many contributors.
Browse the Creator List
Each row shows the creator name, key roles, and credited asset count. Click a creator row now to move into the email step.
Step 2: Enter Their Email
TypeAfter selecting a creator, the dialog moves to step two. Enter the artist's email address here to send their secure invitation link.
Automatic Asset Linking
When the artist accepts the invitation, every asset they are credited on is automatically linked to their new profile. They gain immediate access to view, contribute to, and manage those assets — no manual setup or file sharing needed.
Send the Invitation
ClickReview the details and click Send to dispatch the invitation email. The artist will receive a secure link to complete their account setup and link their assets.
You're ready to grow your roster!
You now know how to invite artists in two simple steps. Head to the artists page and send your first invitation whenever you're ready.
