Learn how to set up your organization profile — edit your name, domain, profile picture, and address.
This is an interactive ResolutU tutorial
Launch it in the app to follow along step-by-step
Your organization profile is how your team appears to collaborators. Let's walk through the General settings so you can fill in the essentials.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner to open the menu.
Click 'Organization Settings' to open the settings panel.
Click the General tab to open your organization's core settings. This is where you manage your organization name, domain, logo, and address.
The organization name is your team's public-facing identity. Below it, the legal name is set during onboarding and cannot be changed here.
Set your organization's email domain (e.g. example.com). When auto-join is enabled, new users who sign up with a matching email address are automatically added to your organization.
Upload a logo or image to represent your organization. Accepted formats are PNG, JPEG, and GIF up to 5 MB. This image appears in navigation, invitations, and anywhere your org is referenced.
Fill in your organization's street address, country, state, city, and postal code. This information is used for legal and business correspondence.
Once you've made your changes, click Save to apply them. You'll need the settings.edit permission — if the button is locked, ask your organization admin for access.
You've seen all the basics of the General settings tab. Come back here anytime to update your organization profile. Restart this tour from the ResolutU icon in the navigation bar.
