This tour will walk you through the bundle list page so you know exactly where to find, filter, and manage your bundles.
These cards show the bundles you opened most recently. They give you a quick snapshot — title, status, and asset count — so you can jump back into ongoing work without searching.
The main table lists every bundle you have access to. Each row represents a bundle and can be clicked to open its detail page. You can search, sort, and filter from here.
Column headers describe each piece of bundle data — title, visibility, access type, asset type, rights type, creator, date, and asset count. Click a column header to sort, or right-click for more options like filtering and reordering.
Switch between "All Bundles" (everything you have access to across organizations) and "Organization Bundles" (only those owned by your current organization). Click the toggle now to try it — the change is instant and easily reversed.
Use these controls to move between pages of results. Click the page size selector to change how many bundles display per page. Keyboard shortcuts are also available — use the arrow keys with modifier keys for quick navigation.
Hover over a row to reveal action buttons. The primary action opens the bundle, and the overflow menu gives you quick access to sharing and downloading without leaving the list.
Click this toggle to filter the bundle list to only bundles assigned to you. Click again to see all bundles. This is the quickest way to focus on your personal workload.
Use this button to show or hide columns in the table. Focus on the fields that matter to your workflow and hide the rest to keep the view clean.
You now know your way around the bundle list. Use the scope selector to focus your view, columns to sort and filter, and row actions for quick operations. Restart this tour anytime from the help menu.
Learn the key areas of the bundle detail page — header, assets, conversation, files, and contributions.
