Deep-dive into any asset — explore the inspector drawer with ownership details, conflict analysis, territory maps, and platform metadata.
This is an interactive ResolutU tutorial
Launch it in the app to follow along step-by-step
The asset inspector gives you a detailed view of any asset in your catalog. Next, open an asset from the table — we'll walk through every part of the inspector.
Click a row in the assets table to open the asset inspector drawer. The drawer slides in from the right and shows full details for the selected asset.
Click the Sound Recordings tab to see every recording linked to this asset along with their ISRC codes. ISRCs are the global identifiers used to track recordings across platforms for royalty purposes.
This is the asset drawer — a side panel that opens when you click an asset row. It holds everything you need to understand an asset's ownership, conflicts, and metadata at a glance.
The banner shows the asset title, album art, artist links, and key identifiers like ISRC and ISWC. Tap any identifier to copy it, or click artist names to open their Spotify profiles.
The overview is your starting point. It shows key metrics like territory count, conflict summary, and quick navigation cards to jump into the map or ownership details.
In the music industry, multiple parties often claim rights to the same asset in the same territory. These conflict indicators highlight where total ownership doesn't add up to 100%, helping you spot disputes that need resolution.
The leaderboard ranks rights holders by the number of conflicts they're involved in or their total claims. Click any owner to jump straight to their territory details in the ownership tab.
The ownership tab breaks down who owns what, territory by territory. Filter by rights type, specific owners, or conflict status to find exactly the information you need.
The world map gives you a visual overview of territory ownership and conflicts. Color-coded regions let you instantly spot where ownership is clean versus disputed.
The platforms tab pulls in metadata from services like Spotify — including audio features, popularity scores, album tracklists, and more. Great for verifying asset details across platforms.
You've explored every section of the asset inspector. Use it to investigate ownership disputes, verify metadata, and understand your catalog at a deeper level. Restart this tour anytime from the help button.
